Art. 2. De Vlaamse minister, bevoegd voor het welzijn, en de Vlaamse minister, bevoegd voor de gezondheids- en woonzorg, zijn, ieder wat hem of haar betreft, belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 2. Le ministre flamand qui a le bien-ĂȘtre dans ses attributions et le ministre flamand qui a les soins de santĂ© et les soins rĂ©sidentiels dans ses attributions sont chargĂ©s, chacun en ce qui le concerne, de l'exĂ©cution du prĂ©sent arrĂȘtĂ©.
