Artikel 1. De betrekkingen in elke taaltrap van de hiërarchie die in het personeelsplan van het hoofdbestuur zijn opgenomen, worden verdeeld tussen het Franse taalkader en het Nederlandse taalkader van de Federale Overheidsdienst Buitenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Handel et Ontwikkelingssamenwerking overeenkomstig de onderstaande tabel.
Article 1er. Les emplois de chaque degré linguistique de la hiérarchie qui figurent au plan de personnel de l'administration centrale sont répartis entre le cadre linguistique français et le cadre linguistique néerlandais du Service public fédéral Affaires étrangères, Commerce extérieur et Coopération au Développement conformément au tableau ci-dessous.

Art. 2. Het koninklijk besluit van 28 januari 2013 tot vaststelling van de taalkaders van het hoofdbestuur van de Federale Overheidsdienst Buitenlandse Zaken, Buitenlandse Handel en Ontwikkelingssamenwerking wordt opgeheven.
Art. 2. L'arrêté royal du 28 janvier 2013 fixant les cadres linguistiques de l'administration centrale du Service public fédéral Affaires étrangères, Commerce extérieur et Coopération au Développement est abrogé.
Art. 3. Dit besluit treedt in werking de dag waarop het in het Belgisch Staatsblad wordt bekendgemaakt.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le jour de sa publication au Moniteur belge.
Art. 4. De minister bevoegd voor Buitenlandse Zaken is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 4. Le ministre qui a les Affaires étrangères dans ses attributions est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
