Artikel 1. Voor het begrotingsjaar 2016 wordt de Herculesverdeelsleutel als volgt vastgesteld:
Article 1er. Pour l'année budgétaire 2016, la clé de répartition Hercules est fixée comme suit :
| Associatie KU Leuven: | 41,53% |
| Associatie Universiteit Hogescholen Limburg: | 3,66% |
| Associatie Universiteit Hogescholen Antwerpen: | 12,38% |
| Associatie Universiteit Gent: | 32,15% |
| Universitaire Associatie Brussel: | 10,28% |
De berekening van deze verdeelsleutel zit vervat in de bijlage bij dit besluit.
  De bijlage maakt integraal deel uit van dit besluit.

| Associatie Universiteit Hogescholen Limburg : | 3,66 % |
| Associatie Universiteit Hogescholen Antwerpen : | 12,38 % |
| Associatie Universiteit Gent : | 32,15 % |

Le calcul de cette clĂ© de rĂ©partition est repris en annexe au prĂ©sent arrĂȘtĂ©.
  L'annexe fait partie intĂ©grante du prĂ©sent arrĂȘtĂ©.
Art. 2. Dit besluit treedt in werking op de dag van ondertekening.
Art. 2. Le prĂ©sent arrĂȘtĂ© entre en vigueur Ă la date de la signature.
