Artikel 1. In het opschrift van het koninklijk besluit van 4 april 2003 tot vaststelling van de weddeschalen van de bijzondere graden van het Directoraat-generaal uitvoering van straffen en maatregelen worden de woorden " uitvoering van straffen en maatregelen " vervangen door de woorden " Penitentiaire Inrichtingen ".
Article 1er. Dans l'intitulé de l'arrêté royal du 4 avril 2003 fixant les échelles de traitement des grades particuliers de la Direction générale Exécution des peines et mesures, les mots " Exécution des peines et mesures " sont remplacés par les mots " Etablissements Pénitentiaires ".
Art. 2. In hetzelfde besluit wordt bijlage 1 vervangen door de bijlage 1 gevoegd bij dit besluit.
Art. 2. Dans le même arrêté, l'annexe 1 est remplacée par l'annexe 1re jointe au présent arrêté.
Art. 3. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking met ingang van 1 augustus 2010.
Art. 3. Le présent arrêté produit ses effets le 1er août 2010.
Art. 4. De Minister van Justitie is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 4. Le Ministre de la Justice est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
