Artikel 1. Vanaf 1 januari 2002 worden in de hierna vermelde bepalingen van het koninklijk besluit van 28 november 1997 tot vaststelling van geldelijke bepalingen ten gunste van sommige ambtenaren in dienst in de buitendiensten van het Directoraat-generaal Strafinrichtingen, de bedragen die voorkomen in de tweede kolom van de volgende tabel vervangen door de bedragen die voorkomen in de derde kolom van dezelfde tabel :
Article 1. A partir du 1er janvier 2002 dans les dispositions indiquées ci-dessous de l'arrêté royal du 28 novembre 1997 fixant des dispositions pécuniaires en faveur de certains agents en service dans les services extérieurs de la Direction générale des Etablissements pénitentiaires, les échelles de traitement figurant à la deuxième colonne du tableau suivant sont remplacées par les échelles de traitement figurant dans la troisième colonne du même tableau :

Art. 22. Het koninklijk besluit van 2 augustus 2002 tot toekenning van een specificiteitstoelage aan het bewakings- en technisch personeel in dienst in de buitendiensten van het Directoraat-generaal Uitvoering van straffen en maatregelen wordt vanaf 1 december 2006 opgeheven.
Art. 22. L'arrêté royal du 2 août 2002 octroyant une allocation de spécificité au personnel de surveillance et technique en service dans les services extérieurs de la Direction générale des Etablissements pénitentiaires est abrogé à partir du 1er décembre 2006.
