Artikel 1. Artikel 18 van het koninklijk besluit van 17 november 1997 tot vaststelling van de weddenschalen voor de bijzondere graden bij het Ministerie van Landsverdediging wordt door de volgende bepaling vervangen :
" Art. 18. - De vaste wedde verbonden aan de hiernavermelde graden wordt vastgesteld als volgt op 1 oktober 2002 :
- Aalmoezenier 2e klasse van de drie erediensten : 15 692,86.
- Aalmoezenier 1e klasse van de drie erediensten : 21 407,68.
- Hoofdaalmoezenier van de katholieke en protestantse eredienst : 23 514,91.
Opperaalmoezenier van de drie erediensten : 35 594,14. "

Article 1. L'article 18 de l'arrêté royal du 17 novembre 1997 fixant les échelles de traitement des grades particuliers du Ministère de la Défense nationale est remplacé par la disposition suivante :
" Art. 18. - Le traitement unique lié aux grades mentionnés ci-dessous est fixé comme suit au 1er octobre 2002 :
- Aumônier de 2e classe des trois cultes : 15 692,86.
- Aumônier de 1ère classe des trois cultes : 21 407,68.
- Aumônier principal des cultes catholique et protestant : 23 514,91.
- Aumônier en chef des trois cultes : 35 594,14. "

Art. 19bis. De weddenschaal verbonden aan de hierna vermelde graden wordt vastgesteld als volgt :

- Industrieel ingenieur, voorheen bekleed met de graad van adviseur bij de Radio Maritieme Dienst (R 10) :

Art. 4. In de hierna vermelde bepalingen van het koninklijk besluit van 17 november 1997 tot vaststelling van de weddenschalen voor de bijzondere graden bij het Ministerie van Landsverdediging, worden de weddenschalen die in de tweede kolom van de volgende tabel worden vermeld, vervangen door de weddenschalen van de derde kolom van dezelfde tabel.
