Artikel 1. De subsidie voor de uitzendingen door derden voor 1994 bedraagt 72 600 000 frank en is ingeschreven in de organisatie-afdeling 49, programma 30, basisallocatie 41.04 van de algemene uitgavenbegroting van de Vlaamse Gemeenschap voor het begrotingsjaar 1994.
Article 1. La subvention en faveur des émissions à réaliser par des tiers pour 1994 s'élève à 72 600 000 francs. Cette subvention est imputée à la division organique 49, programme 30, allocations de base 41.04, du budget général des dépenses de la Communauté flamande pour l'année budgétaire 1994.
Art. 2. § 1. Het bedrag van 64 900 000 frank is de subsidie aan de verenigingen voor honderd uur zendtijd. De verdeling over de verenigingen gebeurt in evenredigheid met de toegekende zendtijd.
§ 2. De basissubsidie bedraagt 7 700 000 frank en wordt als volgt verdeeld :

Art. 2. § 1. Le montant de 64 900 000 francs, représente la subvention aux associations pour cent heures d'émission. La répartition de cette somme entre les associations s'effectue au prorata du temps d'émission attribué.
§ 2. La subvention forfaitaire fixe, dont le montant global est de 7 700 000 francs, est répartie comme suit :

Art.3. Dit besluit heeft uitwerking met ingang van 1 januari 1994.

Art. 4. De Vlaamse minister bevoegd voor cultuur is belast met de uitvoering van dit besluit.
Art. 4. Le Ministre flamand compétent pour la Culture est chargé de l'exécution du présent arrêté.
